Raymie Johnson complied with the applicable Codes and Ordinances in place at the time of its construction. Permits for work improvements to date have been satisfied and found in compliance with the Code in place at the time of the improvement permit issuance. Per property file review, Certificate of Occupancy was issued for the Hi Rise Apartment Building at 14830 58`r St. N. on January 30, 1980 and for the 24 Townhome units on September,26, 1979. I was unable to locate record,within City files that indicated variance,conditional use or special use permits for the construction of Raymie Johnson Estates or for its improvement. I encourage you to checked with Washington County for any recorded documents pertaining to the development. I wanted to reach out to you on behalf of the WCCDA in hopes you would help us get a needed item for our closing process on the Raymie Johnson financing. Our investor is requesting an updated zoning letter from the city.We will leave it up to the city on any updates they want to include into that zoning letter as they see fit. I believe Kristen contacted you on Friday as well and mentioned utility availability to the property.This is something the investors are also looking for so if you could either add information on this to the zoning letter or create a separate letter pertaining to this,that would be great.
