Hello Kyle &Jordyn:
City Ordinance regulates that lawn maintenance be attended to on a regular basis. This includes
mowing, weed control, removal of fallen branches, leaf collection, stockpiling of materials &debris,
removal of pet feces &trimming of trees and shrubbery so that they are not obstructing traffic visibility
and are in in good condition so that they do not endanger public safety.
The condition of your yard is currently in violation of City Ordinance 1109. Compliance shall be met by
mowing your yard to a height less than 6-inches, including front and rear yards and up to the roadway.
Please have the work completed prior to Monday,June 9, 2025. A compliance visit will be made.
