Dear Applebees Manager,
The City observed that the drainage basin located on the Applebee's
property serving the parking lot is overgrown and encroaching on
•
Norwich, creating a hazard and impeding the public right-of-way.
Property owners are responsible for maintaining their drainage
facilities and right-of-way frontage. Please complete the following .� '
corrective actions in accordance with City Ordinance 1109.03 and
1109.04.
• Remove trees, brush, and debris encroaching into the street
and right-of-way along Norwich.
• Mow and clear the drainage basin and surrounding g area on •
your property.
• Establish an ongoing maintenance schedule to keep 5
vegetation trimmed and the basin free of obstruction. ta ,`r
Please complete these items within 14 calendar days of the date of this letter and confirm
completion with the City. If conditions prevent completion within this timeframe, contact us
within 5 business days with your plan and schedule. Failure to address these issues will result
in enforcement action as allowed by City code.
