We have received all the information required in my November 19, 2025, letter to consider a Conditional Use
Permit for a cannabis retail dispensary at 13999 60" Street North.
The Planning Commission would consider the application at a meeting scheduled for December 11, 2025, at 6:00
P.M. in the City Hall Council chambers. If recommended by the Planning Commission that evening, the City
Council will review the application at their meeting scheduled for January 13, 2025.
