1. The request for the Conditional Use Permit and Design Guidelines review requires fees of
$800.00 and escrow of$1,000.00. To date,only$200.00 has been received.
Response:We will issue check for the remaining amount this week.Sorry for that delay
2. Please clarify the relationship of you,the applicant,with the owner of the property,Alex
Humphries.
Response:We are the Architect for Alex Humprhies and handle permitting and entitlements as
extension on property owner agent.
3. In the submitted materials,what does Sheet 10 represent?
Response:That's the signage vendor showing how it would look at night.
4. Provide more detail on the size of the two sign faces of the pylon sign.
Response:The sizes are shown as TBD because the pylon is existing.The pylon replacement
will fit within the existing pylon border
5. Are there any building materials alterations,additions, changes to windows or doors,or changes
to exterior mechanical equipment proposed to the building?
Response: Existing windows and doors to remain.The following items are being removed and
replaced with new.
