Per your request, I am attaching the fully executed Assignment and Assumption of Lease Agreement and Landlord's Consent, which reflects Power Plant Cannabis Shop II, LLC as the tenant with entitlement to possession and control of the premises at 13435 60th St. North. At your convenience, please confirm that this addendum satisfies the clarification you requested regarding the lease and meets the City's needs for continuation of the CUP and site plan review process. In addition, I have attached supporting company documents confirming my authority to sign and act on behalf of Power Plant Cannabis Shop II, LLC. I hope this helps remove any remaining confusion regarding signing authority or representation going forward. In your letter, you requested that the lease be updated so that it identifies Power Plant Cannabis Shop II, LLC as the intended Tenant with entitlement to possession and control of the premises, in place of the current language referencing"Omar Salah, on behalf of an entity to be formed," including the related tenant identification in Section 1.8. To address this, the property owner and I are prepared to execute a short Lease Addendum/Amendment which will: • Replace all references to "Omar Salah, on behalf of an entity to be formed"with "Power Plant Cannabis Shop II, LLC" as Tenant; and • Confirm that Power Plant Cannabis Shop II, LLC is the Tenant with entitlement to possession and control of the premises; • Leave all other terms and conditions of the original lease unchanged. Given my prior experience where a simple name-related issue resulted in the OS Management MN application not being considered, I want to be very precise and avoid any further technical problems. Could you please confirm that a signed lease addendum in this form will fully satisfy Item 1 of your December 4, 2025 letter and allow the application to be deemed complete for scheduling at the January 8, 2025 Planning Commission meeting? Once I receive your confirmation, we will finalize the addendum with the landlord immediately and provide you with the fully executed copy. 3 Thank you very much for your time and guidance on this detail.
