CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
1. Permit. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein,
the City of Oak Park Heights hereby grants a conditional use permit for:
NORTHERN STATES POWER COMPANY
2. Property. The permit is for the following described property
in the City of Oak Park Heights, Washington County, Minnesota:

3. Conditions. The permit is issued subject to the following
conditions:
APPROVAL TO INSTALL RAIL COAL TRANSPORT
FACILITIES AND TRACK AT ALLEN S. KING
GENERATING PLANT.

4. Termination of Permit. The City may revoke the permit follow-
ing a public hearing under any-Of the 'following circumstances: material.
change:of condition of the neighborhood-where the use is-4ocated, violation
of the terms of the permit. The permit is automatically terminated if-not
utilized within one year of the date of City Council approval.
5. Criminal Penalty—Violation of the berm of this conditional
use permit is a criminal misdemeanor.
