CITY OF OAK PARK HEIGHTS
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
F.
1. Permit. Subject to the terms and conditions-set forth herein,
the City of Oak Park Heights hereby grants a conditional use permit,for:
Allowing construction of a steam pipeline from the Allen S.
King Plant bwned by NSP to the Andersen Corporation in Bayport
and also to the Minnesota Correctional Facility.
2. Property. The permit is for the following described property
in the City of Oak Park Heights, Washington County, Minnesota:
Government Lots 2 & 3, Section 2, Township 29N, Range 20,
Washington County.
3. Conditions. The permit is issued subject to the following
conditions:
4. Termination of Permit. The City may revoke the permit follow-
ing a public hearing under any of the,following circumstances: material
change of condition of the neighborhood where the use is located, violation
of the terms of the permit. The permit is automatically terminated if not
utilized within one year of the date of City Council approval.
5. Criminal Penalty. Violationrof,the term of this conditional
use permit is a criminal misdemeanor.
