CITY OF OAK PARK HEIGHTS
WASHINGTON COUNTY MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RECEIPT OF A DONATION
TO THE POLICE DEPARTMENT FROM DEWAYNE STAFNE
WHEREAS, Oak Park Heights resident DeWayne Stafne wishes to donate
twenty -five dollars ($25.00) to the City of Oak Park Heights Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Oak Park Heights is grateful for DeWayne Stafne's
donation and concern for his community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Oak Park Heights that the City shall accept DeWayne Stafne's donation and that the
Police Department of the City is authorized to expend such funds for the purposes of
enhancing the Department.
Passed by the City Council for the City of Oak Park Heights this 24 day of
March, 2009.

Dear Mr. Stafne:
Thank you for participating in the City's recycling program. As an incentive to
recycle and to increase fire prevention .awareness, the City rewards two
residents each month with their choice of an award of $25.00 or a fire
extinguisher and /or smoke detector(s).
Your residence was checked on Thursday, March 5, 2009 to determine if you
had your recycling bin out with your regular garbage. Your recycling was out
and ready for collection; therefore, you are one of this month's winners.
Please contact me at 439 -4439 at your convenience to arrange for delivery of
the reward of your choice.
