Due to the lack of a quorum no official business could be conducted at this meeting.
Commissioner Dahlquist and Wasescha were both present as were Community
Development Director Danielson, City Planner Richards, Planning Intern Hoel,
Community Development Secretary Hultman and Planning Commission Liaison
Swenson.
Commissioner Dahlquist made a public announcement that due to the lack of quorum,
the meeting would be re- scheduled to 7p. m., Wednesday, February 16, 2000.
