AN ORDINANCE REGULATING BINGO, GAMBLING DEVISES AND VIDEO GAMES OF
CHANCE BY ADOPTION OF CHAPTER 349 OF THE MINNESOTA STATUTES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OAK PARK HEIGHTS, WASHINGTON COUNTY,
MINNESOTA, DOES ORDAIN:
1406.01 Reiulation of Bingo, Gambling Devises and Video Games of Chance.
Chapter 349 of the Statutes of the State of Minnesota containing Sections 349.11
through 349.60, inclusive, is hereby adopted as the bingo, gambling devises, and
video games of chance ordinance of the City of Oak Park Heights, Washington
County, Minnesota. Every provision contained in the said Statute is hereby adopted
and made a part of this Ordinance by reference as if fully set forth herein.
