AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE PERMANENT REGISTRATION OF QUALIFIED
VOTERS IN THE CITY OF OAK PARK HEIGHTS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OAK PARK HEIGHTS, WASHINGTON COUNTY,
MINNESOTA, DOES ORDAIN.
204.01 Reiistration Svstem.
The system for the permanent registration of voters provided for by Minnesota
Statutes, Chapter 201, is hereby adopted and made a part of this Ordinance by
reference as if fully set forth herein.
204.02 Voters Must be Reiistered.
No person shall be permitted to vote at any election in the City of Oak Park Heights
unless he is registered as provided by Minnesota Statutes.
