TRESPASS
AN ORDINANCE DEFININGTHE CRIME OF TRESPASS AND ESTABLISHINGPENALTIES FOR
VIOLATIONS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OAK PARK HEIGHTS, WASHINGTON COUNTY,
MINNESOTA, DOES ORDAIN:
1113.01 Definition.
"Property of Another" means property in which a person other than the actor has an
interest which the actor has no right to defeat or impair.
1113.02 Trespasses.
Whoever intentionally does any of the following acts shall be guilty of a trespass:
A. Enters upon the premises of another and, without claim of right, refuses to depart
therefrom on demand of the lawful possessor thereof, his agent or a police
officer, or
B. Enters upon the premises of another without the permission of the owner or
occupant when "No Trespassing" signs are displayed on the property, or
C. Enters the premises of another with intent to take or injure any fruit, fruit trees or
vegetables growing thereon without the permission of the owner or occupant, or
D. Without the permission of the owner or occupant, leaves or deposits on the
premises of another any trash, rubbish or garbage.
1113.03 Penally.
Any person who violates any provision of this Ordinance, upon conviction thereof, shall
be punished by a fine not exceeding Seven Hundred Dollars ($700.00) and /or by
imprisonment for a period not exceeding ninety (90) days.
