Tkn C - ­ ;­ o. rn Ir TO RF DFI FTFD Upon selecting Publish from the toolbar you will see the Laserfiche Plus Wizard *Note — If you are planning to publish a folder within Laserfiche you must select the folder you would like to publish before selecting the publish button. This wizard will help you prepare a CD, DVD, or other removable media, so that it contains documents published from a Laserfiche repository. The resulting media will be a portable, self - contained repository of important documents. The Laserfiche Viewer, which can be included with the published data, allows the Laserfiche repository to be accessible from any Windows PC. Click Next to continue. E....... Laserfiche Plus Wizard Select a Destination far the Published Repository Specify the location where the files will be published. Please specify a destination for your published files. Temporary directory (Recommended for premastering your media) CMVD drive (Recommended for a packet - writing drive) IG Chive There are two different uses for a temporary directory. If you are copying files directly to your removable media, this directory will only be used during processing. Otherwise, the files will be copied to this directory. In this case, you would need to burn the contents of this directory to the root of y uu e wc- &6le media. Laserfiche Plus Wizard Publish a Laserfiche Repository Review the publishing procedures to be performed. J I Step 3) Creating a Password profile Open the Encryption Software tool and Click on "Create User Install" a e Encryption ►nywhere'" CD-DVD Settings Encrypt Files Create te U s er Install s Decrypt Files About J Test Encryption Exit Help� Click Next to continue @2009 Cities Digital Inc I www.citiesdigital.com I Support 651-714-2800 ext 251 Setup r Authentication Setup Wizard This setup wizard allows you to create the appropriate files for the following authentication methods: Password Authentication- -Users can use a CD or DVD at any computer by entering a password that is encoded on the CD or DVD. The password can be set to expire. Remote Activation- -Users must obtain an activation code the first time they use a CD or DVD. Subsequent CDs or DVDs produced with the same Privacy Code and Administrator Password can be accessed without obtaining another activation code. Workstation Authentication - -A program is installed so that access to encrypted CDs or DVDs can be limited to selected computers. Passwords can also be required. Password and Workstation Authentication - -A program is installed so that access to encrypted CDs or DVDs can be limited to selected computers. A password is required. Workstation password can also be required. Click Next to continue. Next > Cancel Help This next screen gives you the option to choose the Authentication Method, which should be password. You also have the option to send the Installation Files to your location. We recommend sending these files to the location where you published the Laserfiche documents. Below are the password requirements. Password Requirements: • 6 characters or longer • Cannot reuse passwords • Cannot use any part of user's first or last name or the firm's name • Must include at least 3 of the following 4 character types, in any combination: • upper case letters (A, B, C, etc.) • lower case letters (a, b, c, etc.) • Numbers (0, 1, 2, etc.) • Special characters (!, @, #, $, etc.) Password Authentication Settings This screen allows you to select settings for Password Authentication. Success The installation files for the authentication method you chose have been creaked successfully. Note: Before you copy the installation files, make sure that the Windows Explorer setting to show hidden files and folders is enabled. In this example all of my files were sent to D: \LF Export \Test Export.
