Public Hearing Notice Reviews Oak Park Heights, Washington County The Minnesota Department of Transportation (M f has reviewed your request for comment regarding three public hearing notices: 1 To consider a rezoning from 0, Open Space Conservation to B-2, General Business, a preliminary and final plat and site plan review for an Americinn Motel and Suites in the northwest corner of Outlot A, Brackey Addition on sir Street forth; To consider a zoning mat) amendment for that area directly to the west of N rell Avenue at 60 Street North that is currently zoned B-2, General Business District proposed t on be rezoned to CBS . p P Central Business District; and To consider a request for an amended CUP for an addition to and changes to the parking lots for the Stillwater Area High School, located at 5 701 Stillwater Blvd. d. and legally described as Section ., Northeast and Southeast 29N; 20W. We have no major concerns regarding the re onin s. However, we request the opportunity to review the preliminary plat, site plan, and grading and drainage plan for the Ar ericinn Motel. We also request the opportunity to review theuading and drainage plan for the Stillwater Area High School cal parking lot and changes when available. We would further like to take this opportunity to remind the city of certain stipulations regardin development of property adjacent to n/D right of way. If property adjacent to Mn /DOT right of way is to be platted, the preliminary plat must be submitted to us for review, along with a site plan and grading and drainage plan if P re ared. p' This must occur before we will issue any permits. We require a Mn/DOT access pen for access to or across state highways or right of w including Mn/DOT owned frontage roads. A change in the intensity or type of use of are existing entrance also requires a permit.
