Dear Mr. Melena:
We have reviewed all relevant project files to determine the current outstandin fees that are
pa for Outlot A., Bracke Addition. The current Developer's A shows a total of
$2.07,480.00. However, that amount was based on old obsolete connection fees and included
some assi char for lateral utilit and street it pr for the Bracke and Bracke
West Additions. All of the assi char for those improvements have been paid. 'therefore
the ax Mint which shOLIld be shown in the Developer's A is $137,783.20 which is based
on current connection fees calculated as follows:

Trunk Utilit (' 2000 rate - s -_ ) - Ar Conne Fee
Sanitar Sewer $2,540.00/acre x 10.97 acres = $27.,863-80
Waterworks $4,420.00/acre x 10.97 acres = 483487.40
