The proposed elevation approximatel 6' west of the northwest comer of the buildina.. (currentl shown as 940.95) should be 940.00 as shown on the previous c; radin g plan. This is needed to allow posit -e drain ace awa from the proposed buildincr finished floor elevation In ZD of 941.00. As such, the proposed elevations alon the overland swale south from this location vi need to be add LISted accordin S".� The ret aininc, wall, proposed along the westerl embank-ment has a Top oF Wall 2 '0' elevation of 944.00 for a majorit of its len Storm water runoff from behind/above the wall will need to be directed north and/or south to outlet around the ends of the wall.
