Dear Jim:
We have reviewed the revised final g radin g plan for the proposed Americinn Motel as Submitted
bv HKS Associates, Inc. and have the followincr comments/recommendations:
1. The proposed elevation approximatel 6' west of the northwest comer of the buildina..
(currentl shown as 940.95) should be 940.00 as shown on the previous c; radin g plan. This is
needed to allow posit -e drain ace awa from the proposed buildincr finished floor elevation

elevation of 944.00 for a majorit of its len Storm water runoff from behind/above the
wall will need to be directed north and/or south to outlet around the ends of the wall. We
recommend that erosion control measures be taken at these locations to prevent likel erosion
from storm water runoff
