Lodging Dear Ms. Danielson: At the request of Mark v er ing , attorney for the City of oaf. Park. Heights, I am enclosing an easement plan. It shows the easements related to Champion Lodging's purchase of Lot 1, Block 1, Brackey 2nd Addition, including in particular the easement for the bikewa and pedestrian trail over said Lot 1 Block 1. The shaded area constitutes the easement for a bikeway and pedestrian trail. I am also enclosing a letter dated March 21, 2000 from Champion. Lodging's civil engineer, H KS Associates, Inc. , which contains the legal description for the bikeway and pedestrian easement at Paragraph 6. Mr. viering indicated that he wanted someone from the City to satisfy themselves regarding the accuracy of this easement. Shoe we p.an to disburse funds on Monday or Tuesday of next weed., 1 would appreciate it if you would have someone from the City satisfy themselves regarding this easement, preferably today. need City approval regarding a. bikeway, pedestrian trail before 1 can have the final easement plan prepared. .ease call me upon your receipt of this material so that T can have an idea as to when 1 might have City approval..
