I am in recei of Mr. Fuller's correspondence March 24 relative to the connection fees. The same is fundamentally correct with the exception that the statement as contained within the second par'a raph would indicate that the Fiume of $207 480 is based upon the 1999 connection charges. The same was calculated originally as part of the 1 997 connection charges. The City will appi ' current co nnection har es as they east but will guarantee that the total connection fee shall not exceed $207, 480. 1 trust that this clarifies the City's position.
