pa of the connection fee and a possible rebate.
It is m understandin that the Cit has a to cap the
connection fee In the above-captioned matter at $207,480, which
fi is based upon the 1999 connection char
This is bein done so that Mr. Bracke and Champl*on Lod can
close the above-captioned transaction.
The Cit in the near term will recalculate the connection fee,
However, an recalculation will not obli either Bracke or
Champion Lod to pa more than the a upon $207,480. In
the event the recalculation is less than $207,480, a rebate will
be due to Bracke and Champion Lod An rebate will be
returned 87 .22% to Bracke and 12 .87% to Champion Lodging.
