DESIGN MEMORANDUM CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT CITY OF OAK PARK HEIGHTS NARRATIVE FOR PROJECT This Project consists of removing a house from its foundation located at 11051 Stillwater Blvd. in Lake Elmo, MN and moving it to a vacant lot owned by Bahr Construction located at 15403 58 Street in Oak Park Heights, MN. The house being moved is a Rambler built in the 1970's with three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main level. We will be installing a new basement block foundation and constructing a new attached 24' x 26' garage. The plan for the house is to remodel the inside and finish the exterior landscaping. The house will fit well with in the existing homes in the neighborhood and be a good addition to the area.
