The, Subject size is located in a residential area On the southeast corner of 58 .Street and Penrose Avcnue Noith in Oak Park
Heights, Minnesota. The subject site is bordered by residential property.
TES1° PIT INVESTIGATION
Three test pits were advanced to a. depth of 5' below grade ft-) On August 18, 2004. Their locations are shown in Figure 1 .
Geologic logs a.re provided in Appendix A. Soils were predominantly sand with gravel and cobble stone. Contaminated
soils were not encountered in either of the two probes based on screening mcasurements usxnn the OVM.
Laboratory samples were submitted for analysis. AIIPhase Companies Inc, has nor receivcd analysis results flotn the
