Should an inappropriate materials be found while the excavation is takin place, all work shall cease and the Cit shall be immediatel notified. Upon completion of the excavation activities, the specialist will provide written comments to the Cit that no inappropriate, inconsistent or hazardous materials were found. 9. The nei containin the lot is an older area of mostl one and two-stor homes. Immediatel across the street from the vacant lot are two sin homes datin from the 1950s and 1960s. The applicant has cleared the site of previous structures and trees in anticipation of the move. Zon"In - The zonin map desi the lot as R-1 , Sin Residential. The lot and 4 site plan meet the followin re for this district: minimum lot size-1 0,400 square a minimum lot width of 80 feet, front setback of 30 feet, side setback of 10 feet and rear setback of 30 feet.
