ORDINANCE NO. 2007-1101-04
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1101.08 OF
CHAPTER 1101 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF OAK PARK HEIGHTS RELATING TO PENALTIES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OAK PARK HEIGHTS, WASHINGTON COUNTY,
MINNESOTA, DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Amendment. That Section 1101.08 of Chapter 1101 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Oak Park Heights is hereby amended to delete the same in its entirety and
to substitute the following therefor:
Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not to exceed One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00) or imprisonment not to exceed ninety (90) days or both; but if a minimum
fine or imprisonment is prescribed by the State Highway Traffic Act for an offense, such
penalty shall apply to a person convicted of the same offense under this Ordinance.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and publication according to law.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Oak Park Heights, Washington County,
Minnesota, on this 23 day of October, 2007.
