ALLIANCE (VSSA) REQUESTING VACATION OF STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY AND DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS TO ALLOW THE FINAL PLAT OF MCI(EAN WEST AND APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION OF EIGHT (8) HOUSING UNITS ON NOLAN AVENUE AS APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS VMER.EAS, the Cit Council for the Cit of Oak Park Hei has received a re from VSSA for street vacation and -vacation of utilit easements to allow the final plat of McKean West and to allow the construction of ei (8) housin units on Nolan Avenue in Boutwells Land and, WHEREAS, after havin conducted public hearin relative thereto, the Plannin Commission for the Cit of Oak Park Hei has recommended that the application be approved with conditions. The Cit Council for the Cit of Oak Park Hei therefore, makes the followin FINDINGS OF FACT i n Exhibit "A." I . The real propert affecte*d b said application is le described as set forth 2. That on September 24 the Cit Council approved an amendment to Boutwells Landin concept/ plan of development and rezoned the area to PUD district. 4. Valle Senior Services Alliance has submitted a preliminar plan in compliance with Chapter 402, the subdivision ordinance of the Cit of Oak Park Hei S.
