RE: Final Documents - Skilled Care Expansion
Dear Allen:
It would appear that we have completed the extensive documentation necessary to
facilitate the construction of the Skilled Care facility at the Boutwell's Landing Campus.
The City looks forward to its completion as it will be another valued asset in the
community.
For your files I have enclosed an original copy of the Development Agreement, Minor
Subdivision and the PILOT agreement. In addition, I have enclosed a FILE COPY set of the
same items as well as a compilation of related items. These have proved handy over the
years.
