According to the MSCWMO 2006 Watershed Management Plan (WMP), any project undertaking grading, filling, or other land alteration activities which involve movement of earth or removal of vegetation on greater than 10,000 square feet of land will be referred to the MSCWMO for full review (2006 WMP, Section 6.2.1). The MSCWMO Board considered this project application at the June 14, 2007 regular Board meeting. The project was approved with the following conditions: a.) The design standards for storm water infiltration must be revised. 11/16/2007 UPDATE: Revised plans received 11/15/07 contain the required design details. b.) Not all NPDES SWPPP requirements are satisfied by the current submittal. Please note on revised plans. 11/16/2007 UPDATE: Revised plans received 11/15/07 contain the required SWPPP revisions. The revised site plans meet all of the previous MSCWMO approval conditions; therefore, final approval of the MSCWMO is granted. Please note that this approval by the MSCWMO Board does not constitute approval by any other agency.
