The Cit of Oak Park Hei is in receipt of y our application submitted on June 13,
2007 seekin consideration b the Cit for development of a Bremer Bank in the Oak
Park Commons. The application consists of re for a PUD, g eneral plan approval,
site and desi review, and a variance for si With this letter, we are notif y ou
that the application will be deemed complete with receipt of the followin items b June
27, 2007. If the materials are not submitted b that date, the application will be deemed

Staff reviewed the application materials at a meeting on June 20, 2007. There were
concerns about traffic flow and the driveway location on the private entrance roadway.
We would invite you and your project consultants to a staff meeting on June 27, 2007 at
10:45 AM at City Hall to discuss these issues and address any questions you may have.
If all of the application materials are submitted as requested, the Planning commission
would consider the application at their meeting scheduled for July 12, 2007 at 7:00 PM
in the City Hall Council Chambers.
Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, Subd. 3(f), the City of Oak Park Heights is
herewith extending the period of time for agency /city review of the application for an
additional 00 day period (for a total of 120 days from the date of application) inasmuch
as the City has determined that additional research and study by City staff relative to the
complexity of the project as proposed will be required. Please contact me with any
questions you may have.
