The overall plan will be attractive enough, though it is not very imaginative. 2. The proposed tree species are a nice mix of varieties, are hardy and relatively low maintenance, with few serious insect or disease problems.. 3. The proposed shrub species are ones which have been commonly planted on projects in OPH; however, they have proven to be hardy, attractive, and relatively low maintenance. 4. The sizes of the plant materials are appropriate for this type of project. 5. The Planting Detail is acceptable;however, the following instructions should be added: "Remove top rungs of wire basket from B&B stock, once the tree is in the planting hole." The Planting Detail should be communicated to the landscape installer, and trees and shrubs should be planted according to the detail. Plants will be checked after planting, and, if the Planting Detail has not been adhered to, the plants will have to be re-planted. Please provide the developer with a copy of this report.
