Bremer Bank Landscaping
OPH Staff -
As requested, 1 inspected the landscaping installed at Bremer Bank and have the following comments:
1. Some plant substitutions were made before installation, which were approved by me, and are acceptable for the
landscaping.
2. in the front of the building 5 Spirea are dead and 2 are almost dead. 1 juniper on the E side of the building is almost
dead
These shrubs, and any others which die over the winter, should be replaced next spring.
3. I checked the base of a number of the shade, ornamental and evergreen trees and the twine and burlap are still
present
The Planting Detail on the approved landscape plan states that twine and burlap are to be removed. The burlap and
twine from
the top of the root balls should be removed and mulch should be placed back over the root ball to cover all roots.
Please contact me if you have any questions regarding this inspection or report. Please forward my comments to the
developer so that this work can be completed.
