These corrections are be attended to within 30 days and Arborist Widin notified of the corrections made when done for her inspection. In the front of the building 5 Spirea are dead and 2 are almos dead. 1 juniper on the E side of the building is almos dead. These shrubs, and any others which die over the winter, should be replaced next spring. 3. I checked the base of a number of the shade, ornamental and evergreen trees and the twine and burlap are still present. The Planting Detail on the approved landscape plan states that twine and burlap are to be removed. The burlap and twine from the top of the root balis should be removed and mulch should be placed back over the root bali to cover all roots. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding this inspection or report. Please forward my comments to the developer so that this work can be completed.
