You have indicated that you will have these items submitted on Monday, June 3rd to our offices. These items include the following: Identify square footages for each type of use (office, warehouse, showroom, etc). Identify number of parking stalls Identify the surface area coverage ratio (hard surface vs greenspace) Identify the type of trash enclosure/fencing/screening to be used for outdoor storage Utility Connection Plan Photometric plan to include the property lines Lighting plan to include a cutsheet of the proposed lighting fixtures, show existing and proposed, all existing must conform to the City's lighting requirements. Tree Inventory must be completed Species of landscape materials must be identified on the landscape plan Construction limits must be shown on the site /grading plans Drainage Calculations Application made to Browns Creek Watershed District Revised plans should be sent directly to Scott Richards, our City Planner and Dennis Postler, City Engineer and must be received on Monday, June 3rd.
