VVid|n (E-ma Subject: Centur Power E Jim: |received the latest revised grading, drainage, erosion control &utility plan from Stiglich about half hour ago. The proposed pond shown on the prev grading plan dated 9/02 has be removed, and the storm drainage/sewer configuration has reverted back io the h i [ proposal. Bob Co nst. informed me that the pond was g oin g to be installed per the re of BCWD (not a re as a "demonstration pond". When the owner of Center E informed BCWD he would not pa for the pond, BCWD went to its board for fundin but it was denied. To make a lon stor short, the pond has been eliminated, and the new storm sewer will connect to the existin storm sewer that outlets to the existin ravine to the west via a sur basin. Mr. Sti indicated that BCWD's position is that if this site is less than 65% impermeable for its entire area, the are g randfathered into pre-existin conditions and don't need to meet BCWD's volume control rules. I have a call into Mitch Johnson at EOR (BCWD's En to verif this information. Jay Johnson's first two comments (on the internal email you provided me via hard since they pertain One other comment |have is related to the proposed location of their sanitary sewer and water services. These will be private sewer and water lines, and if they ever need repair, the property owner will be responsible for removing and replacing the trees.
