I don't know if she sent this to you before she left in December for a job in Reno, Nevada. You should be aware of this replacement requirement (or cash in lieu of replacement) as the project plans for landscaping in the spring. Is there a revised landscape plan for the area to the west of the new building now that additional trees have been removed and the slopes are much steeper. Please submit a final landscape plan to me at the city by March 1 5th so that l will have time to review it before planting of the landscape. Kris -- I have re-- calculated the diameter inches of replacement trees required on the century Power site g ' e after noting more grading around trees at the bottom of the west slope on Nov. 15h These trees tall oak s ) were previously indicated to be saved; however, the grade change over the root system and s p g ail piled a ainst the trunks will cause the trees to decline and die over the next several years. An additional 62 diameter inches of oaks will be lost.
