RE: SITE PLAN REVIEW PROPOSED REVISIONS
Comments
DRAWING A-1 Revised Dated 12/7/00 & A-1/2
The site plan shows revised parking count. A-1 shows 20 stalls & A-1/2 shows 16 stalls.
Reason for the two different counts is that the actual maximum count of employees shall not
exceed 16.
This revision also designates the LOADING AREA along the South edge of bituminous
paving as 8'x120'.
The intent of the designer was to minimize the paving area as much as possible. Therefore
the original 10 designated spaces would work even for the 16 employees. The designated
loading area can be used for 6 parking spaces on those instances when the additional
employee parking would be needed. In addition, also TANDEM parking could be
designated.
DRAWING A-2 Revised Dated 12/7/00
The landscaping is revised as follows:
5 SUMMIT ASH
12 JUNIPER WEBBER
33 ARBORVITAE,TECHNY
8 CHERRY, PURPLE LEAF SAND
8 BURNING BUSH, COMPACT
In addition the shrubs are arranged in groupings as requested at the plan review.
The signage is revised as follows: DELETE PYLON SIGN
D EC DEC 1 1 2000
DRAWING A-3 Dated 11/30/00
Not revised but it will be noted that the lens of wall mounted fixtures shall
not hang below the vertical faces of each individual fixture.
DRAWING A Dated 11/30/00
Not revised but it will have CONCRETE CURBING at all drives and
parking areas. As it is indicated on the grading & drainage plan, the intent
is for all surface drainage is to be directed in to the existing drainage pond.
On the revised A-1 drawing, a proposed flat concrete curbing is proposed
to facilitate the surface drainage as well snow plowing without damage to
curbing.
DRAWING A Revised IDatcd 12/7/00
All the exterior walls have been introduced vertical pilasters. These
pilasters are in contrasting texture and color to the main walls. They are
intended to add interest to the blank ares of masonry walls and to frame the
over head door openings.
