The species of trees and shrubs to be used are not indicated. I will need a plant list for the landscape plan with both common and scientific names of plants to be used. 2. The landscape plan is very simple and will not be particularly interesting or attractive. I would like to see more effort put into an attractive plan. For example, it would be more attractive to group the plants and mix evergreen and deciduous, instead of simple lining everything out in rows. The screening function would still be accomplished and the landscaping would do more to enhance the property. Perhaps the landscaping could be tied into the landscaping of neighboring properties, such as TCF. 3. Several of the shade trees on the SW side of the property are being planted within the drainage easement. The property owner should be aware that, according to OPH city Code, any plants which are planted in a drainage or utility easement will need to be removed and/or replaced by the property owner in the event that the City needs to do any work within the easement.
