As we discussed earlier toda based on recent comments from Brown's Creek Watershed District relative
to expanding the existin storm Nvater pond and from m review of the latest g radin g plans on file, several
revisions regardinar Draina & Utili Easements should be revised on the current Plat. T"he enclosed

The lar Draina Easement encompassin the existin storm water pond should include that 60' portion
of former?VnDOT propert that '`pro into" this area. This will accommodate expandin the existing

The current Plat shows a 10' Drainage and Utilit Easement alon the west and northwest portion of the
site (within the area purchased ftorn. MnDOT). However, the draina ditch proposed b the Pon
Express Auto Wash is approximatel 20' in this area. As such, we recommend this Draina and Utilit
Easement be revised to 20' wide.
