TO: City Council Members FRO . Eric
Administrator
The City has provided the final easement documents to Andersen Corporation that
will allow for the construction of the trail between Swager and the Andersen Corp
office facility (former St. Croix Mali). With their execution and provision of the
$50,000 commitment to the City, Andersen Corp will have satisfied its commitments
stemming from 2003's PUD Amendment. See Enclosed.
The City is awaiting some additional documentation from Chuck Dougherty's Cover
Park Manor expansion. Specifically, Chuck Dougherty needs to provide the final
easement documents from Xcel Energy so that his driveway may encroach off his
property and which is a condition of his CUP.
Enclosed is a copy of the Permit issued to Xcei Energy for the use of explosive. Did
anyone hear it? Darrel Knutson did send a letter of thanks to the City for its timely
actions.
The City has again provided notice to RJ Ryan, the contractor that is building the
Buffalo Wild Wings 1 Kinko's buildings that they have again installed improper
lighting, i.e. not full cutoff design. This will be their second full relamping. See
enclosed.
The Planning Commission was initially anticipating reviewing the VSSA Skilled
Care facility expansion and possibly the commercial development adjacent to
Appleby's. However, VSSA has requested to be bumped to April due to some
additional site revisions and the commercial development has some real estate and
signage issues to solve with Wal-Mart that must be solved before the proceed with
additional review by the City.
• Councilmember McComber has indicated that the LMC Conference Registration is
now open. She does recommend that hotel reservations be made early if you plan
on attending as there will be other conventions in town that week June 26-29.
