Dear Steve:
In applying for a sign permit for your business at 12430 55 Street North, it was noted
that automotive service is a conditional use in the B-3, Highway Business District.
Previous Planned Unit Development approvals have not granted approval for any
automotive service as part of the development. A copy of the 8-3 District for the Zoning
Ordinance is attached for your review.
In order for you to conduct automotive repair at this location, you must apply for a
conditional use permit. Application materials can be obtained from Julie Hultman at City
Hall. The next meeting the Planning Commission can hold a public hearing on this
matter is May 13, 2004. The application submittal deadline is April 14, 2004.
