We. have reviewed the revised "Prelin-iiiiar Gradin Erosiclit Control, Draina and Utilit Plan"
for the proposed DDD L.L.C. - Buildin No. 2 as submitted b Plowe En Inc. and have
the followin comments/recommendations for y our consider ation:
1. Both site la scenarios shown ma have parkin stalls that would be in conflict with
emer vehicle turnin movements. The stall adjacent to the drivewa entrance to 55 th
Street North on both scenarios, and the northerl stall where parkin stalls are adjacent to the
east side of the buildin ma be in conflict. Verif this issue with the fire department.
2. We recommend more erosion control measures downstream of the proposed southeasterl
Curb cut location. The existin ditch is and will be susceptible to erosion, and should include

3. Revise the note on the plans that states "To properl restore the erosion control. problem
areas it is recommended that the contractor -use. to "To properl restore the erosion
control problem areas the contractor shall use

Apparentl the service to the second buildin was not ;-iistalled per plan, and the 6" h

located on the 6" service line to the existifli buildi H this is the case, water service to the
first buildin cannot be shut down (in case of a br%e,-LJ( �ind/or maintenance) "rithout the
second buildin also bein shut down.
