Both site la scenarios shown ma have parkin stalls that would be in conflict with emer vehicle turnin movements. The stall adjacent to the drivewa entrance to 55 th Street North on both scenarios, and the northerl stall where parkin stalls are adjacent to the east side of the buildin ma be in conflict. Verif this issue with the fire department. 2. We recommend more erosion control measures downstream of the proposed southeasterl Curb cut location.
