Cit Planner Richards provided an overview of the pro and reviewed the plannin report re the same. Richards provided an issue anal and discussed specifics of each. Vice Chair Dw opened the hearin for public comment. Steve Continenza - introduced himself as the applicant and addressed the conditions within the plannin report. Brief discussion ensued as to parkin buildin occupanc li and related. Commissioner Lilje seconded b Commissioner Runk moved to close the public hearin Carried 4-0.
