A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FINDINGS OF FACT AND
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL THAT THE
REQUEST BY DDD LLC TO AMEND ITS CUP /PUD FOR PROPERTY
AT MEMORIAL AVENUE NORTH AND SS STREET
BE APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

THE CIT OF OAK PARIS HEIGHTS THAT THE

A. That the request for an amended CUPIPU '

to allow for access on the northerly side o the Wes .

affecting real property as follows:
Lot 2, Block I Kern Center 2 Addition
Be and the same as hereby approved by the City Council of the City of Oak Park Heights for
approval with the following conditions:
I. The driveway access at the north side oft .
he westerly building shall be at
least 20 feet wide.
2. The storm water pond shall be constructed compliant with
recommendations of the Valley Branch watershed District and
the City En�cr ineer.
�. The trash enclosure shall be sized to accommodate at least two dumpsters
and shall be constructed of materials similar to the rind
p pal buildings an site.
4. All conditions of the CUPIPUD and site tan •
p approval made by the City
Council at their April 24, 2001 meeting shall be complied .
p ed with by the applicants.
