The driveway access at the north side oft . he westerly building shall be at least 20 feet wide. 2. The storm water pond shall be constructed compliant with recommendations of the Valley Branch watershed District and the City En�cr ineer. �. The trash enclosure shall be sized to accommodate at least two dumpsters and shall be constructed of materials similar to the rind p pal buildings an site. 4.
