THE PERMIT HOLDER SHALL CONSTRUCT THE STORM WATER. DRAINAGE POND TO BE COMPLIANT WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE VALLEY BRANCH WATERSHED DISTRICT AND THE CITY ENGINEER. 3.
