I am in receipt of a messa from Kath Widin indicatin that the Phase 2
Development costs for the tree and shrub plantin and installation for this development will be in
the amount of $6,,099.00. A memo modification to the Development A with the Cit of
Oak Park Hei should be put into place affectin the securit to be posted b the developer as it
affects this aspect of the Phase 11 development. I note that, pursuant to Para 4(K) of the
Developer's A the followin information is also to be processed and provided b the
developer as it affects Phase 2 of the, de-%,,-,,cicpm,%n..,nt:
"All cross-easements to allow street access to Phase 2 of this Development, in
addition to all restrictive covenants or other a affectin land use of the
premises between the two facilities, shall be subj ect to review and approval b the
office of the Cit Attorney."

Please alert the developer to this re and have him provide this information to our offices at
y our earliest convenience. In the meantime, if the developer intends to proceed immediatel with
the Phase 2 development, we would re that the securit be posted and this minimal
modification to the Developer's A be implemented immediatel Occupanc of the Phase
2 structures could be withheld pendin completion of the obli Para 4(K) as noted
above.
