Also, pursuant to our conversation, I have deleted from this submission the Parcel Search, Gradin and Draina Plan, Landscape Plan, Si Plan, Li Plan, Tree Protection and Replacement Plan, and Buildin Plans, all of which were previousl reviewed as a part of the Conditional Use Permit process. I have enclosed proof of ownership in the form of a tax statement and Schedule A of the most recent polic of owner's title insurance, to with the Site Plan Review fee of $150.00.
