Pursuant to our telephone conversation of toda enclosed and delivered to y ou herewith
is a completed application for Site Plan Review of the roof parapet extension for the Neal
Avenue Bur Kin submitted on behalf of Dolphin Real Estate Partnership. Also,
pursuant to our conversation, I have deleted from this submission the Parcel Search,
Gradin and Draina Plan, Landscape Plan, Si Plan, Li Plan, Tree
Protection and Replacement Plan, and Buildin Plans, all of which were previousl
reviewed as a part of the Conditional Use Permit process.
I have enclosed proof of ownership in the form of a tax statement and Schedule A of the
most recent polic of owner's title insurance, to with the Site Plan Review fee of
$150.00.
Mr. Gre Klohn of Dolphin Real Estate Partnership is deliverin b separate courier,
three complete sets of full-scale plans and twent reductions at 11" b 17 "". If these have
not been received b y ou b the close of business toda please notif m office as soon
as possible tomorrow.
