Your application materials were received by the City on February 9 , 2004. You then received correspondence from the City on Feb 19 2004 indicating that the application shall be deemed 'complete' when you submit additional materials as required for the City's proper review for Concept Plan. Those additional materials were to be submitted by today, Feb 25 and were as follows: 1 . Mailing labels for 500 feet from the subject property lines. These need to be submitted to the City as soon as possible. 2. Identify location, type, and extent of tree cover. 3. Identify on the plan area devoted to residential use, area devoted to common open space, area devoted to the office space, and area devoted to parking and access areas. Also provide a garage level plan indicating numbers of parking stalls provided. 4. Identify area on plan that will accommodate pool, tennis court and small picnic area addressed in application. 5. Your engineer should comment on potential fill and its effect on the existing sanitary sewer pipe and its ability to accommodate the additional weight. +6. Your engineer should address whether the existing pond will need to be increased to accommodate the additional hard cover on site. 7. Preliminary elevations of the three buildings to determine building height. 8. A revised site plan showing the condo building moved west at least five feet to meet building code setback requirements. Items 1, 2, 3 and 4 as listed above have been submitted and appear to be in proper order for Concept Review. However, items 5, 6, 7, and 8 still need to be submitted for our Concept review. Items 5 and 6 are self - explanatory. For item 7, the City needs elevations of all sides of each structure; your submission only reflected a portion of each of the three buildings. Item 8, as we discussed, should have the condominium structure sliding 5 feet east, not west - this is the City's error. We will need all these items, submitted to my office no later than 4: 00 p.m. - March 5 2004. If the City could receive these items by March 3 2004 it would be greatly appreciated. If the City does not receive these items by the March 5 th date the City will consider the application as incomplete and reject the application.
