Dear Mr. Chamberlain;
I am writing this letter as a result of our conversation this morning pertaining to the
previous violation of Alcohol Compliance Checks performed by our police department
and the suspension of the Eagles Club Liquor License. As I previously stated, I agree
with the dates you presented to me, namely, December 31, 1998 and January 1, 1999.
I must point out that the license will hereby be suspended from 12:01 a.m. on Thursday,
12/31/98 through 12:01a.m. on Saturday, 01/02/99. Please be certain to advise whichever
employees will be working Wednesday evening, 12/30/98, that the license will be
suspended one minute after midnight.
It is my understanding that representatives from the Eagles Club shall forward a check in
the amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00), made payable to the City of Oak Park
Heights, as compensation for the fine /fee levied against The Club for this violation.
I sincerely hope, in the best interests of all, that employees of your establishment will
pass future compliance checks conducted by our agency.
If I can be of service to you or your club in any way please don't hesitate to contact me.
(Sincerely
