Dear Mr. Hause:
Thank you for providing information to facilitate permit preparation for the 29 -unit
condominium building at Fox Hollow East. The City has assigned the address of 14937
60 St. N. as the main address for the condominium structure. while working through
your request for permits, several things have been identified as being necessary to address
before any permit may be issued:
1. At the June 29, 2005 Site Review meeting on your development request, a minor
subdivision was added. Consequently, you must remit the minor subdivision fee
of $200 to the City of oak Park Heights. " -2—
2. At the time of your general plan approval, you submitted plans for the three
structures approved, for review. Plan reviews were conducted and the review fees
for them must be remitted to the City of oak Park Heights. The total review fees
due are $12,39

The fee for the condominium ($8,122.60) and the 7,768 sq. ft. office building .�
($3,182.56) have been based on the project valuations provided by you or your
agent(s). As you are working through approval for change to this office building
there will be an additional plan review required and you will be charged for any
costs associated with this plan review due at time you submit the plan for review.
The fee for the 2,093 sq. ft. office building ($1,094.00), which is no longer being
proposed has been based on actual costs associated with the plan review.

Upon completion of the above three items, I will work with Buildin Official Butler to
finalize y our buildin permit re for the construction of the condominium structure.
Please note that the office buildin has been assi the address of 14985 60t St. N.
A at such time a final approval is g ranted for the PUD Amendment as it relates to
this office buildin the Buildin Department will anticipate receivin a permit
-for-the-project and--two- sets-of revised--construct-ion- plans for review -. -- A

Metropolitan Council so that she ma determine the appropriate number of Service
