Subject: Fox Hollow - Condominium Permit - Construction Limitations

Michelle stopped in yesterday afternoon and collected the permits for the plan review fees as well as the construction
permit for the condominium building. Please take a moment to review the notes on each of the permits. Particular to the
condo structure... NO construction beyond footings and foundation is to commence until such time the
sanitary sewer installation has been completed and passed inspection.
The project will be stopped if work moves beyond this stage prior to the sanitary sewer being tested and passing. NOTE
you are required to take any necessary measure to ensure that the sanitary sewer installation is correct and
working properly, this includes any removal of work performed that obstructs an area you may need to
reach,, should repair to the system be required for passing. As such, please contact Brian Kelly &/or Tom Czzello
to schedule the sanitary sewer as soon as it is at the point that it may be tested. I will trust them to notify me when the
test has been requested and passed so that the continuation of the structure's construction may occur.

AGREEMENT AND SWORN STATEMENT
The work for which this permit is issued shall be performed
according to: (1) the conditions of this permit; (2) the
approval plans and specifications; (3) the applicable city
approvals, Ordinances, and Codes; and, (4) the State Building
Code. This permit is for only the work described, and does
not grant permission for additional or related work which
requires separate permits. This permit will expire and become
null and void if work is not started within 180 days, or if work
is suspended or abandoned for a period of 180 days any time
after work has commenced. The applicant is responsible for
assuring all required inspections are requested in conformancc
with the Minnesota State Building Code.
