Johnson; Tom Ozzello; 'bkelly a@bonestroo.com' Subject: Fox Hollow - Condominium Permit - Construction Limitations Jeff - Michelle stopped in yesterday afternoon and collected the permits for the plan review fees as well as the construction permit for the condominium building. Please take a moment to review the notes on each of the permits. Particular to the condo structure... NO construction beyond footings and foundation is to commence until such time the sanitary sewer installation has been completed and passed inspection. The project will be stopped if work moves beyond this stage prior to the sanitary sewer being tested and passing. NOTE you are required to take any necessary measure to ensure that the sanitary sewer installation is correct and working properly, this includes any removal of work performed that obstructs an area you may need to reach,, should repair to the system be required for passing. As such, please contact Brian Kelly &/or Tom Czzello to schedule the sanitary sewer as soon as it is at the point that it may be tested. I will trust them to notify me when the test has been requested and passed so that the continuation of the structure's construction may occur.
