The members' right to elect or appoint. the board of directors for this non-profit corporation is suspended until expiration of the Master Developer Control Period, as defined in the Fox Hollow East Master Association, Master Declaration ( "Master Declaration "). Prior to expiration of the Master Developer Control Period, Yom F� 1 election or appointment of the directors for this non -profit corporation is set forth in the bylaws. ARTICLE V CUMULATIVE , VOTING There shall be no cumulative voting by the members of this non profit corporation.
